CEO Forum

Who?

We are leaders committed to profitable growth of our organizations and dedicated to personal development. We value independent points of view and are willing and able to give and receive candid feedback.

What?

The CEO’s Forum is a diverse mastermind group of CEOs committed to coaching each other to produce profound performance improvement. We believe in open and honest communication based on trust, respect, understanding, empathy, resolution and confidentiality.

Why?

Change: To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly. ~H. Bergson

Solutions: No problem can stand the assault of sustained thinking. ~Voltaire

Camaraderie: A real friend is your most valuable resource.~D. Rohlander

Growth: The growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership. ~H. Firestone

Accountability:  When performance is measured, performance improves. ~T. Monson

Wisdom: It’s what you learn after you know it all that counts. ~J. Wooden

Where?

Each month a different member hosts the meeting at a place of his or her choosing.

When?

We meet as a group once each month, 7 AM to 1 PM. Individual coaching appointments with David are arranged once a month based on personal preferences.

How?

David G. Rohlander, DGR, is our coach and professional facilitator. Confidentiality is a primary operating principle of all discussions and information. Each member shares successes, opportunities, problems, financials and future plans. Socratic dialogue is used to refine issues and create solutions. The group selects the topics and occasional outside experts for the meetings. Periodically, a current best selling book is used as a catalyst for ideas and discussion. Each member is a partner/coach to the other members, not an “advice giver.”

“Effective communication requires more than talent.

It involves trust, respect, understanding, empathy and resolution. It is an art.” ~D. Rohlander
